½ cup shredded cheddar
1 egg
1 tbsp hot ranch seasoning
1 tsp salt-free garlic seasoning
Ranch Cream Sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour

½ cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1½ tbsp 80|20 Ooh Hot Ranch seasoning
1 tsp 80|20 Garlic Is Real seasoning
½ cup grated parmesan

2 cups mozzarella
½ cup cheddar
Remaining bacon
Light sprinkle of Ooh Hot Ranch seasoning on top
Step 1: Cook the Chicken & Bacon
Season chicken with:
2 tbsp Ooh Hot Ranch
1 tbsp Garlic Is Real
Bake at 400°F for 22–25 minutes.
Rest 10 minutes.
Shred.
Cook bacon crispy. Chop.
Mix shredded chicken + ¾ of bacon.
Taste it.
If it tastes flat, add a pinch more Ooh Hot Ranch.
If it needs depth but not salt, add a pinch of the Garlic Is Real seasoning.
You’re building layers — not overpowering.
Step 2: Make the Ranch Cream Sauce (This is the backbone)
Melt butter.
Whisk in flour. Cook 1–2 minutes.
Slowly add milk + cream while whisking.
Add broth.
Stir in parmesan.
Add Ooh Hot Ranch + Garlic Is Real seasoning.
Simmer until thickened.
Taste it.
You should get:
Heat from the Ooh Hot ranch
Savory depth from garlic
Creamy richness from dairy
If it's too sharp → add a splash of cream.
If it’s weak → small pinch more hot ranch.
Control it. Don’t guess.
